Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel the love with every purchase, but if your Care Bears apparel isn't quite right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items in their original mailer.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the journey back to our Care-a-Lot warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
